All our faux flowers, trees, and stems are fairly undemanding alternative to real plants. Dust your arrangements each day with a hairdryer or damp cloth. Keep the flowers away from sunlight as they can fade over time.

We use Flip Express delivery for the 7 Emirates in UAE

For UAE Standard Delivery, the charge is AED 30 for orders under AED 250. Free of charge delivery for orders with AED 250 and above.

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is confirmed. Please check all folders including your junk as it will come from a noreply email address.

Unfortunately, you can not collect from a local store because for now, AmberMint is an online store only. but you can always contact us via email or Whatsapp for inquiries.

The average delivery time takes 5-7 business days.

Next day delivery is unavailable. Currently, orders take 5-7 business days for delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to other gulf countries yet. However, we will update our website as soon as we are able to ship to other countries.

Yes! If you cancel your order within 24 hours of when it was placed and we haven’t shipped it yet, we cancel it with no penalty to you. If we have already shipped your order, then we are not able to cancel the order, but it is eligible for return as described in our Return Policy listed here.

Yes you can track your order. After receiving the confirmation email, Flip Express solutions (delivery company) will send you a message with a tracking link. you can use this link to track your order.

We are certain you will love our stunning flowers, but if you are not completely happy, we offer you refund or exchange within 7 days starting from delivery date. We are happy to accept returns on any order not marked “Sale” or on items not eligible for return, such as Dried Flowers or Gift Cards or Custom Orders. To do so, you must submit a return request within seven days of your delivery date through info@ambermint.ae. We will respond to your message within 24 hours with more instructions.

Absolutely! Once we have received your return on our end, we will contact you to let you know if we have chosen to accept or refuse your return. Provided you are approved, we will contact you to let you know and advise you of the 10 to 45 business day processing time on your refund. Note: Refunds can only be processed to the original form of payment.

Refunds can take time to process, depending upon your bank or card company. We recommend looking at your account again, then contacting your credit card company or bank to confirm the status of your refund first. If you still have not seen your refund on your end, please contact us on info@ambermint.ae

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.
