1. Longevity: Artificial plants have a long lifespan, however their longevity is subject to weather conditions, maintenance, and proper usage.
2. Cleaning: To maintain their appearance and aesthetics, our artificial plants require regular cleaning.Please click here to learn about the cleaning instructions.
3. Product Usage: Our artificial plants are designed for optimal indoor usage. While they can be used out doors, please note that outdoor usage requires special care. Outdoor plants need UV protection and regular maintenance to maintain their appearance. It is the customer's responsibility to use the products appropriately and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule to preserve their quality and appearance.
4. Maintenance and Servicing: Artificial plants require regular maintenance for optimal appearance.We offer maintenance and servicing for an additional fee. Please contact us for further details.
5. Recommended Maintenance: We suggest a minimum maintenance schedule of 1 year for indoor plants and biannual maintenance for outdoor plants to ensure longevity and aesthetics.
6. UV and Fire Protection: Our plants are not UV protected or fire retardant by default. However, we offer a UV and fire retardant spraying service through a trusted third party. This service comes at an extra cost and includes certification from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah civil defense. Please note that even UV protected plants should not be placed in direct sunlight as they might start to show signs of wear and fading due to direct sun exposure.
7. Customizable Products: Customized artificial plants are non-refundable. Please ensure all specifications are accurate before placing an order.
8. Returns and Refunds: Our standard return and refund policy apply to purchases from Ambermint, except for customizable products. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information.
9. Warranty: We take pride in providing high-quality products that meet industry standards. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the products upon delivery to ensure they meet their expectations. Please note that we do not offer any form of warranty on the sold items.
